No. Verifly is purely a technology and intelligence platform. We facilitate direct connections between authenticated buyers and trusted agents by verifying the data and identities involved. All licensed brokerage activity, negotiations, and final contract signings remain exclusively with the relevant regulated professionals.

We currently operate in the United Arab Emirates, with a focus on Dubai. We plan to expand to other markets in the future.

When you see a property you are interested in, click "Interest." The listing agent will receive your authenticated profile and contact you directly to proceed.

To guarantee a completely active market with zero stale listings, every property on Verifly has a strict 48-hour lifecycle. After 48 hours, the property expires automatically.

Once the strict 48-hour window closes, the property expires. To ensure high market velocity, expired properties cannot be accessed unless re-verified and re-submitted by the agent.

Yes. You will receive instant notifications via Email and WhatsApp the moment a newly verified property matches your saved criteria.

You will only see verified properties that exactly match your specific criteria. This means you might see a select few properties per week, rather than the endless noise of public portals.

If no current properties match your preferences, your parameters remain saved in the system. You will be instantly alerted the moment a matching, verified property enters the private network.

You must be:

• A licensed real estate agency or authorized professional broker
• Registered with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency)
• Holding a valid commercial license

Individual brokers who are not part of a registered agency are currently not supported.

1. The buyer clicks "Interest" on your property.
2. You receive their authenticated contact details.
3. You connect directly with the verified buyer.
4. The negotiation and closing are strictly between you and the buyer.

Verifly does not intermediate beyond this point. The negotiation and closing are between you and the buyer.

The property expires automatically and is removed from the active stream.

No. If the property expires, you can re-submit it, but it must pass the AI verification process again to ensure it still qualifies as an active, time-sensitive opportunity.

No major modifications can be made once a property is live. This maintains the integrity of the data verification and ensures the property still perfectly matches the verified buyers' criteria.

Yes. Up to three agencies may list the same property if they each have valid authorization from the owner.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link via email.

Yes. Agency administrators can create User Accounts for their agents. Each agent can submit and manage deals under the agency's subscription.

• Documents submitted for verification are used strictly for verification purposes
• Sensitive ownership documents are not publicly displayed
• Property details like floor number and unit number are hidden from buyers to protect the seller's privacy
• We comply with applicable data protection laws

You can manage notification preferences in Account settings. However, certain notifications cannot be disabled:

• Security notifications (login alerts, password changes)
• Transactional notifications (verification status, payment confirmations)

Deal notifications can be customized, but disabling them may result in missed opportunities.
